Available in 750ml corked & caged bottles only.
Bottle Conditioned & naturally sparkling.
A Dry Perry with a natural cascade of small bubbles. A beautifully austere elderflower citrus mix is tantalisingly exaggerarated by the small bubbles dancing on your tongue with a clean, dry finish.
This perry was formerly medium dry at 5.0% and it is that version shown in the photograph, although it is no longer available.

Bottle 75 cl. Very hard to tell which version this is. Bottle has no mention of Medium or Dry but it’s 5.4%. Pours a cloudy, very pale greenish with loads of floating impurities. Fizzy, dissipating white head. Green apple aroma, some leathery Brett. Light body, not overly dry. Has both an initial sweetness and a slight tartness. Solid carbonation. Pleasant pearnotes and a dry finish. Farmhouse character, but not in an extreme way. 080616

Bottle at Fin & Loz’s tasting with Jan, Charlotte, Craig, Stella & kids consumed Saturday 22.10.11 I picked this at Tom Olivers, Ocle Pychard, Herefordshire 2011 Pours hazy yellow/gold with some white bubbles. Bit sweet and if truth be told not as good as I was hoping. Soft in the mouth with some juiciness from the pears. Ok A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.2
