Bottle at home picked up from Ciderlicious. A clear deep orange coloured pour with a lasting loose off white head. Aroma is nutty earthy apple, light toffee, orange rind, bark. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tart apple, bark, light toffee, notes, carmelised apple curd, toffee apple, crisp finish. Palate is semi sweet, crisp and tart, highish carbonation, Nice traditional cider.

500ml bottle from Harry's Cider Farm. Pours clear gold with a lovely fruity medium introduction on the nose. Good caramelised fruit shining through to taste, with just the right amount of grippy tannin. Great well rounded medium dry.

Cider rating, why not... Thanks to my boss for the bottle. Short-lived, snow white, loose head fizzing away in instants, clear warm peach-tinged golden with calm fizz. Aroma of fried apples baked in butter, cookies, sweetbread, pineapple, pear juice. Sweet, evidently very apple-ish onset, softly fizzing, oily mouthfeel, medium thick, baked apple-like middle, slight bready aspect, drying finish, sour apple, hint of cava. Accessible but I know nothing about cider and do not honestly like it, so this rating should not be taken too seriously.
