500ml ceramic bottle from Mount Grace Priory shop. Clear orange golden colour, no head and fruity apple aroma with light funk. Taste is drying tangy apple, some apple skin, woody, oaky, and earthy funky with tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
