On tap at London Cider House Borough Market. Clear pale gold colour thin lip of whote bubbles. Dry sparkling cider. Plenty of tannin here. Plenty of dryness. Wow that wakes you up before lunch. Hides abv well some abv sweetness. It's really tasty. I like the lighter effervescence as well. Really good single varietal cider. Properly dry.

500ml bottle. Orangey gold colour, no head and aroma of tangy apple, barnyard. Taste is fruity sourish apple, citric with wood, oak, vanilla, caramel and light leathery funk notes. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, semi-dry mellow finish with alittle tannin. Well balanced and nicely drinkable.

Bottle from Middle Farm. Opens with some fizz. It pours clear deep golden - orange with minimal head. The nose is rich, earthy, funky, farmyard, brett, bitter-sweet apple, light caramel, touch of spice and apple pie. The taste is dry wood upfront, apple skin, sharp apple, light funk, earth, tannin, light acidity, touch of gooseberry/white grape and some alcohol boost through the dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Rather dry. Rather unique. The aroma stands out for sure.

Clear golden colour, no real head. Aroma of barn, brett, wild funk, rain water and apple. Quite unbalanced in the funk. Flavour apple, brett, barnyard, leather, gueuze-like notes. Medium to soft carbonation, finish leather, apple, horse saddle and funky notes. Lingering green potato. Nice and wild cider, somewhat unbalanced but very enjoyable.
