1/9/2018. Bag in Box at the Dove Summer Beer Festival, Ipswich. Pours clear very pale gold with no head. Aroma of sweet apples and pears. Medium plus sweetness, very light bitterness/tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft to flat carbonation.

Champagne blond with no head. Aroma is very fruity and complex. Flavour is bland in comparison and is too sweet.

Bag in a box at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Clear very very pale gold. No head. Some perry aroma. Some pear flavour. A little dryness. A little sweetness. Not unpleasant to be honest. Fine. Drinkable.

BIAB at Strathmore Arms Cider Fesitval 2017. Pale yellow colour, no head and light pear aroma. Taste is mellow, dessert pears, rubbery, with tropical fruity, melon and abit of tartness. Light bodied, low carbonation, semi-dry finish. OK.

Half pint BIAB @ The Salopian Bar, Shrewsbury. Pours clear light green. Aroma is sweet perry pears. Taste is clean, fruity with a moderate sweetness. Distinct perry pear character with a nice lean finish.
