Bottle. Pale gold. Aroma of crushed apple and skin. Sweet and a bit watery but a hint of acid and a little skin at the end helps maintain interest. Lacks ambition.

330ml bottle from Prince Wine. Pale golden colour, short-lived white foam fizzy head and aroma of light aroma. Taste is tart, sweetish apple, fruity & citric, with slight funk. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry finish. Quite OK.

Had this at the cidery. Very pale, basic apple with light sulphur and alcohol. Soft, touch of fruit, and a supple finish.
