A love story between beer and wine, that meet and a perfect balance in an absolutely new product. 40% of Sangiovese wine must (courtesy of Tenuta di Bibbiano, Siena, Tuscany) and 60% wort (our very own Duchessa) ferment together, as a unique alchemy, following all the steps of “Metodo Classico”. Sangiovese is one of the most important Italian vines, the most cultivated in Italy. If you look for a wine that for history and 34 personality always attracts both connoisseurs and simple enthusiasts, this is Sangiovese. It can be perfectly balanced, with very elegant, oral and intense but fragile scents. The wine is ruby, graceful, the tannins are powerful but silky. Flowers emerge and the red fruits rise the acidity. In this unique product we nd all the complexity and the fascinating notes of the wine incredibly balanced and seduced by the elegance of Duchessa, while perlage and body wink to elegant Italian sparkling wines. We have been brewing L’Equilibrista since 2009 in September, during grape harvest and its availability and characteristics vary from year to year, just like the wines. The Liqueur d’expedition gives continuity, thanks to a small amount of older Equilibrista always kept in its magic formula.

Bottiglia vintage 2015. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'alcolico. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera elevata e la costanza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. La carbonazione è praticamente piatta. Il colore è quello del cognac. Il corpo è quello di un vino moscato e di un vino passito, comunque rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. Il gusto è piacevole. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si attestano note di miele, luppolo, agrumi, frutta passita e zuccherino.

Jæren Ølfestival 2021. Deep golden color with an off-white head. Aroma is sourness, berries, alcohol. Flavor is oxidation, berries, alcohol, grapes, lemon. Very nice beer.

Hazy deep golden pour with a small head Fine intensity in the aroma A bit to high carbonation level. Fizzy mouth feeling Mild pleasant acidity. Well masked alcohol Malty, vinous and fruity flavor [Bottle at Jæren Beer Festival 21]

Forholdsvis pålitelige notater fra Jæren Ølfestival 2021: nesten helt klar kobbergylden med kort skum. Røde bær, røde epler, noe som minner om lys sherry. Slank og meget lettdrikkelig mtp vitamininnholdet. Frisk, bærlig avslutning. Elegant 0,75 flaske.

Shared bottle at regional tasting. Deep golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma with oxidised sherry notes and oak. Medium sour and oaky flavour.

Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours an almost clear body, dark golden, with a small white head. The aroma is mostly on the fruity side, with a touch of cellar and oxidation. Some flower and hints of herbs. It’s medium to full-bodied, warming and softly carbonated, with a touch of lemony sourness. Pale malts, bread hints, grass, pear, apple hints, cellar, cork, oxidation and generic fruityness in the flavor. Long finish. A bit warming and oxidized this one, perhaps a bit too heavy on the finish carbonation too. In a strange way the initial carbonation felt nice, but in the finish it was a bit too intense. 210813

Vintage 2012 champagne beer with big Black box. Bottle from www.dobrychmiel.pl in 2016. Now this place permanently closed. No coz poteznie ciezka butelka, wystrzelila z glosnym hukiem korek grzybek ktory tak sie nozka rozchylila ze niejeden grzybiarz zbierajac grzyby w Puszczy Kozienickiej pomylił by z dorodnym podgrzybkiem czy kozaczkiem/ mocno musujace, bardziej niz jakikolwiek szampan z Szampanim piana wnet blyskawicznie rosnie szybciej niz przedkosc swiatla. rozowo metnawa barwa, w aromacie maliny, kwasne maliny, borowka i czerwone porzeczki, Sangiovese to doskonala wloska odmiana winorosli takze tu jej jest sporo az 39%, w smaku kwaskowe, wytrawne niesamowicie mineralne, cos jak rozowe wino z dodana kwasna malina lub porzeczka. perfekcyjne szampanskie piwo. a wracajac do korka to tak strzelil ze myslalem ze to juz polnoc i fajerwerki za oknem juz zaczeto odpalac.
