1/12/2020. Bottle from Roys of Wroxham food hall. Pours slightly hazy very pale gold with no head. Aroma of sweet, musty apple, cider vinegar, earthy notes, and a slight funky edge. Medium to heavy sugary sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, syrupy texture, flat carbonation. Not a fan.

Sample, many thanks to Grumbo for this! Pale golden yellow appearance with a light mist. Aroma of apple core and autumnal orchard. Oily palate, with tinned syrup and moderately sweet apple fruit.. a little raw around the edges at times with some woody core and pips coming through, perhaps a cobweb or two. Fine overall.

750ml bottle from Orchard Box. Pale yellow colour, no head and aroma of tangy apple. Taste is sweet apple, sugary, with some tartness and slight notes of vinegar, biscuit and booze. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, residual sweetness at the finish. OK.
