Bottle - Light cranberry. Clearish copper with a decent white head. Apple, cranberry, light tartness and a long finish. Effervescent.

Pours ruby red with a large lasting head fed by steady streams of fine bubble. Certainly looks good.Nose shows raspberries, cherry, soft wine notes, apples, grapes and some soft funk.Flavours are delicate but include cherry, red wine, soft funk and rose-like notes.Very light, velvety mouthfeel.

Tasted at Vinni,Birri,Ribelli 2015. Pours clear, peach-colored. Small white head. Smell is sweet, complex, grapes. High carbo, dry, fruity, complex. Elegant. Fine MF, sharp and intensely carbonated.

Sampled 750 ml. bottle @ “Vini Birre Ribelli 2015”. Interesting wine / beer hybrid. Fox red amber, little tanned head. Nose is oxidation, dust, mellow spoiled red fruits. Carbonation is too high, obscuring the taste a bit. Taste is dull strawberry, fizzy, malt, empty, basic white sugar, yeast, med. sweetness, light grapes, a lot of the wine part seems to have fermented out here. A bit dull really to be honest, def. expected more from this one. Okay but not if you purchased a bottle unlike me given the price.

At Vinocom, Zagreb, Croatia. Thanks Birra del Borgo crew. Went out quickly after a pop. Deep copper, bubbly head. Wine, red fruits, sour fruits. Wine character with a sour note in the beginning, sweet afterwards. Grapes, fruit aromas, you can feel the wine wart. Medium body, medium carbonation. Alcohol well hidden. Very good.

Dark pink to brown, really nice carbonation. This one gushed like crazy. The aroma is really interesting. Super aroma of grapes, wine like, just really nice smell. Really great mouthfeel. Just good champagne like dryness. Super nice. I like this beer a lot. Great malt profile, tons of grape tastes, very dry. raspberry, fig, grape. lots of depth. this is fantastic.

A hazed reddish copper ale with a thin pinkish head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light lactic acid notes, horse blanket, very nice. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with smooth lactic notes, light ground cherry, smooth and refreshing. Bottle at Mondial 2014.

Bottle split at Bruce’s pad, thanks to Kenny, 12/05/14. Hazed orange amber with reddish hues topped with moderate off white spotting. Nose is bitter fruit rinds, orange, light sherry vibes, spice, straw. Taste comprises bitter orange, dried apricot, champagne yeast, tarte peach, hay. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Interesting enough offering, not too shabby!
