500ml bottle from the Bull Inn, West Tanfield. Red-pink colour, thin white foam head that dissipates away and fruity red berry aroma with some green herby notes. Taste is sweet berry, alittle apple, fruity. Light bodied, medium carbonation, residual sweetness at the finish. OK.

Draught @ Cottage Loaf, Llandudno. Pours clear pink with a sugary sweet berry aroma. Taste follows, with an acutely sweet albeit drinkable character, that thankfully doesn’t really veer into sickly sweet territory. Still, it’s a bit girly and not the kind of thing I’d be prone to necking pints of. Not that I’m prone to necking pints of anything.
