From tap at Open Baladin. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is phenolic and carmalish. Slight sweet caramelish flavoured. Bitter and slight yeasty phenolic. Dry malty. Light fruity yeasty lasting impression.

Bottle. Nice flowery aroma, perhaps fruit, perhaps elderflower. Cloudy yellow colour. Almost no head. The flavour is nice and mildly sweet. Good flowery flavour, a lot like the aroma, but a bit more subdued. Refreshing.

Draught @ Open Baladin Roma, Via degli Specchi 6, Roma, Italy 00186.Unclear hazy medium yellow orange color with a small average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain - spelled, toasted, herbs, soap, spices. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. A lightly hazed ale with a thin white head.In aroma, a lightly wheaty malt with light coriander notes. In mouth, a nice saison like ale with crisp biscuitty malt, medium bodied. Bottle at Mondiale 2009.
