Box @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Golden-blonde cider. Has apple in its nose and taste, all quite dry, with its whisky influence to the fore in its aftertaste, and it lingers.

330ml bottle from Bier Huis online. Pale golden colour, no head and aroma of whisky, woody oak & vanilla. Taste is apple with notes of whisky, wood, oaky and some fruity melon hints. Medium bodied, low carbonation, mellow bittersweet finish. Quite drinkable.

Bag in a box @ Rat & Ratchet, Huddersfield. Really wasn’t sure about this, being as i usually can’t stand a whisky influence in any drink but this really took me by surprise. Extremely well-blended with just enough whisky tang to warm the old cockles and a dry bittersweet finish to see you ordering another. Very nice indeed.
