Bottle from Beers of Europe, Kings Lynn. Pours golden with an initially large but very short lasting white head. Aroma of citrus, banana, mango, yeast, caramel and bread. Moderate sweetness and bitterness, touch of sour. Medium body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Dry, fruity finish.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - golden with a thin but attractive lacy head. Nose - dried lemon and a bit of yeast. Taste - tangy lemon/orange and a hint of estery banana. Palate - close to medium bodied. Tangy through the middle. Tangy dry finish. Overall - somewhere between a wit and a saison, I’d say.

Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and finely crisp. Thin malts. Tangy citric lemon that borders on sour. Minerals. Light crisp finish. Simple stuff.
