A still, medium, organic cider made with a secret blend of apple varieties.”
This locally produced cider is smooth and well-rounded with a subtle flavour. A very quaffable cider.

500ml bottle bought as part of a delivery from Chiltern Brewery and drunk at home. Pours light to mid-yellow gold, clear, flat. Bright smell of apples, sweet at first then possibly a little bit vinegary. Tastes a reasonable medium, maybe a touch on the sweet side but with a nice little bite to it as well. Light body, no carbonation. I think this is quite good.

500ml bottle. Murky orange colour, no head and musty apple aroma. Taste is sweet juicy apple, fruity, with alittle apple skin, light funk and slight tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish with residual sweetness. OK.
