Bottle from Bradley Villa Farm Shop, Huddersfield. Burnt amber in colour, it has a strength to it, but it is its dominant sweetness that comes across most, with plenty of rich apple flavour.

500ml bottle from Notcutts Garden Centre Shop, Peterborough. 6.5%. Batch 079. Orangey amber colour, off-white tan foamy head that dissipates away to a thin rim and sour funky woody tangy apple aroma. Taste is sour, tart, tangy apple, fleshy, bittersweet, with some balsamic vinegar, funk, leather, wood, oak and loads of drying tannins. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
