500ml bottle from Cideronline. Hazy orange gold colour, afew bubbles on top that quickly dissipate away and aroma of tangy funky apple with some mucky and citrusy hints. Taste is tart, fleshy apple, bittersweet, fruity with earthy funk, mellow orangey citrus and drying woody tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Thanet Cider & Perry Festival 2008. Yeasty toasty apple aroma. Porcini mushrooms on aroma and a hint of mint, some leather, some apple. It’s ok. Some apple and mint. Fine.
