When we got talking to the guys at The Smoke Haus, deciding what beer to brew for them was a no brainer! This American style IPA is brewed with the best Maris Otter pale and Munich malts, double hopped with Cascade and Chinook then bottle conditioned for natural carbonation. Perfect to wash down the big bold
flavours that The Smoke Haus do best..

330ml can from Smoke Haus, Swansea. Hazy orange golden colour, white foamy head leaving lacing and tropical fruit mango hoppy aroma. Taste is malt caramel with juicy fruits, citrus, zesty, some pine and spicy hop bitterness. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite drinkable

500ml bottle @ Smoke Haus, Birmingham. Pours generally clear golden amber, medium off-white head. Citric pine on the nose. Taste is crisp, lightly hoppy with noticeable malt infringing on the resin and citrus hop character. Good refresher to accompany my ribs.

Bottle thst Jim bought from Fire & Ice in Amroth- cheers for sharing! Clear amber with a negligible white head and a light fizz. Tropical fruit and spice. Juicy. Good resinous mouthfeel, great balance. Really good brew.
