Moderate sweetness, light bitterness and sours. Light to moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Dry and slightly tart finish.

Bag in a box from the Railway Arms, Downham Market. Light yellow, almost looks a bit like coloured water. Smells slightly of apple. Tastes odd - water left out all night, sweat, TCP. A bit of fruit as well. Unfortunately this isn’t doing it for me although the other cider I tried by Spinney Abbey (Virgin on the Ridiculous) was much much better. Horses for courses I s’pose.
