Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen. 17.07.18. Clear deep golden. No head. Aroma and taste of apples, apple zest, elderberries and leather. Noticeable bitterness. Dry and slightly astringent mouthfeel. Very quaffable.

Poured at Shelton Festival, clear yellow with small white head. The aroma is floral, wood, pear skin. Thin body, tart apple, oak, light dry finish, very good.

500 ml bottle, from Vaaland, Bryne. ABV is 4.0%. Pale golden colour, pours moderately sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Fresh aroma of apples, hints of elderflowers. Fresh and crisp flavour, slightly dry (or mid between dry and sweet), with notes of apples and elderflowers, a hint of sulphites. .

Cask @ Post Office Vaults, Birmingham. No head. Color is hazy yellow. Aroma and taste are rich elderflower, little citrus, fruits and has a nice elderflower finish.

Box @ Stable, Birmingham. Pours a hazed pale gold. Floral aroma. Taste bears good elderflower integration with medium sweet apple juice. Good balance of flavours, not overly floral or sweet. Not bad.
