Bag in box pour at IMBC 2018. Pours light hazed pale gold with a small white cap. Aroma: elderflower, citrus, green apple, light funk. Taste: moderate sweet & tart with some elderflower dryness. Medium body with spritzy carbonation. Nice!

Bladder bag, Thatched Cottage Honeybourne, 03/09/22. Very lightly hazed golden yellow with no head. Nose is big on elderflower, light herb, hedgerow, grass, apple skins. Taste comprises apple pulp, tannins, strong elderflower profile, straw. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Decent elderflower cidre.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a golden with a bubbly head. Aroma is apple, elderflower, very perfume and aromatic. Taste is semi-sweet, apple, elderflower, light tannin, some spices.

11/3/2021. Bottle from Beer Garage, Northampton. Pours very slightly hazy pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of elderflower, citrus, green apple, light funky notes. Medium sweetness and moderate tartness and body. Quite fizzy. Oily texture. Nice tart finish. Not normally an elderflower fan but this was quite palatable.

On tap at Post Office Vaults, Birmingham. Clear golden, no head. Apples, elderflower, funk, juicy, easy drinkable and refreshing. Nice tart and sweet balance. Fantastic.

Draught at Craft Beer Calling 2018. Golden colour, no lasting head and mellow funky apple aroma. Taste is sweetish apple with some fruity floral funky notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable

0,5 flaske fra Det gode brygg, delt med skibsrederen ombord på Fridtjofen juli-18: klar gylden med kort bruseskum. Ciderepler og hyllebær i skjønn forening, hyllebærene bidrar tydelig i helhetsinntrykket. Hint av kanel? En god og velfortjent forfriskning på fordekket under dagens første pause i båtpussen.
