The holy trinity of Amarillo, Simcoe and Centennial hops forms the heart of Hopsmith, a West Coast-style India Pale Ale that delivers you from boring beer with its citrus, pine and fruit notes, backed by an earthy, bitter finish that makes the heavens sing.

375ml can from the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a slightly hazy golden orange colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light tropical citrus hops. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a smooth, juicy tutti, frutti citrus, light floral peppermint, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

A really smooth Ipa that hides its alcohol well. There's loads of pine and citrus with a hint of mintand a solid malt backbone.

(Can) Pours hazy amber with good white head. Lovely aroma - pine, grapefruit, lime. Edomite body, excellent carbonation. Taste starts with a good balance of tangy citrus and light biscuity malt. The hops rapidly come to the fore with a building bitterness which last a long time. Excellent very hoppy IPA.
