(Bottle) Cola color no head. Cherry aroma. Light body, fine bright carbonation. Tart but not overly so. Nice balance of cherries and apples. Hint of sweetness. Very nice

330ml bottle from Oak Barrel, Sydney. Pours a deep red-brown colour with a pinkish foam head that quickly dissipates away to a thin layer and aroma of apple & cherry. Taste is sweet, dark fruity, apple, cherry, with some tartness and tangy tannic notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry mellow dark fruity finish. Nicely drinkable.

Draught at the New Sydney, Hobart. Deep rich burgundy....damn nice colour, with thin pink head. Cherry and apple character with a sweet finish. Good balanced cherry cider.
