A golden coloured sparkling cider with wildflower nose and almond notes together and a long dry finish. A modern style with freshness, acidity and aromatic notes from Egremont Russet and Cox cider combined with cabinet and Yarlington Mill to give the tannic length.

Bottle from Micro Beer Crate, online. My first cider from Hampshire. Pours a clear gold, small white bubbly head Aroma of fresh dessert apples, quite floral, sweet and dry hints, orchard funk. Good depth on the nose. Taste is more mellow than expected, bittersweet fruity apple, caramel, floral notes, dry close, somewhat tangy. Enjoyable.

500ml bottle from Sandy Balls Holiday Village farm shop. Pours a pale clear gold. Aroma brings juicy sweet apple fruit. Crisp, moderately sweet cider with a nice juicy side. Some fleeting vanilla moments. Quite light flavoured overall, but decent enough.

Bottle from producer's own stand at the Farnham Food Festival. Gold cider, only mildly dry, but full of fresh, bright apple flavours - more like a tart juicy eating apple than a cider apple. Tasty and refreshing. Nice wildlife artwork on the bottle. Lovely couple running the stand, they clearly love their business and it shows in the finished product. I wish them all the best in the future.
