Sample from 75cl bottle at Alexander Wines Spring Tasting, Glasgow. Appearance - clear and golden with steady bubbles. I'm told Champagne method and yeast and looks very Champagne-esqe! Nose - green apples going into kiwi and greengage. I'm told it's made from dessert apples. Taste - green apple and greengage again, perhaps some green grape too. Palate - light bodied, high acidity, long, fresh and dry. Overall - as previous reviewer has mentioned this has a character closer to a fine sparkling wine than a typical cider.

Bottle pour at The Cider House - Borough Market, pours a clear golden with a tiny white head. Aroma is bone dry, with champagne-like effervescence and musty crisp apple skins. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of farmhouse funk, intense carbonation, champagne-like mustiness. Very carbonated, gently funk, and bone dry finish. It's not got huge complexity, but it drinks really nicely.

75cl bottle, 2016 Vintage. Pours clear gold with a vibrant effervescence. Fresh aroma, gentle apple fruit, green apple. Fine bubbly crémant-like spritz on the palate, indeed taste is reminiscent of a fruity dry crémant, taste profile perhaps more white grape than apple. Decent, refreshing, but unrecognisable as a cider.

Bottle @ Cider Salon 2018. Pale golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of fruity apple & caramel. Taste is tangy fruity apple, some acidity, citric tartness with apple skin, caramel and light tannin. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.
