Sample thanks to Grumbo. Gold appearance with a faint mist. Aroma presents a nice apple sweetness. Taste is distinctly tart with a tangy acidity, soft underlying tannins and an appealing sweetness running throughout. Measured carbonation. Decent.

10/4/2020. Bottle from Darts Farm, near Topsham, Devon. Pours hazy/cloudy pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is appley, funky, citric, tannic and slightly woody. Nice medium sweet and tart mix on the nose and to taste. Moderate body, slightly oily, average carbonation. Very nicely done.

500ml bottle from Scrattings. Hazy orange colour, short-lived thin white foamy head and aroma of juicy apple, funk, vinegar hint. Taste is ripe apple, sweet mellow fruity, with leathery, woody, vinegary funk, hay and some drying tannin. Light to medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dry fruity tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
