BIAB sample courtesy of minutemat, thanks Mat! Pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of muck, pear. Taste is mellow sweet pear, some barnyard funk, and then tart, acidic. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, semi-drying finish with alittle lingering acidity. Quite drinkable.

Box @ Shrewsbury Real Ale Festival 2019, Day 2. Pours a misty golden yellow. Aroma has light funk, bittersharp apple, continuing to taste with light sour, funk, barnyard, mellow fruit and a drying close.

9/2/2019. Cask at the 37th Fleetwood Beer & Cider Festival. Pours slightly hazy very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sour apples, pear, caramel, wood and citrus. Moderate sweetness, medium tartness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, average to soft carbonation. Enjoyable.

Cask @ Fleetwood Beer & Cider Festival. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are scrumpy apples, perry, fruits, little sulphur and has a nice semi dry finish.
