500ml as part of a delivery from Scrattings and drunk at home. Mid-golden, clear and flat. Light apple juice notes, some vinegary funk. Woody in the mouth with a residual sweetness lasting after the sip. Very dry in the mouth. Body is incredibly watery, little substance at all. Passable all in all.

500ml bottle from Scrattings, shared with Soph. Pours unclear golden yellow. Aroma has light sulphur, silage, farmyard funk. Taste is a little harsh with a noticeably sharp acidity, some gentle cheesy funk, sulphur, bittersweet fruit, citrus fruit with a soft tannic close. Interesting, a little jagged in places but characterful.

500ml bottle from Scrattings. Hazy yellow gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of tangy funky apple. Taste is tart, oily, funk, leather, woody, citric and bittersweet withn drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
