Keg at IMBC 2023. Pours deep gold with a white cap. Aroma: fruity apple, tangy. Taste: moderate sweet, towards dry, tangy, light tartness, some funk, wood, moderate tannins. Medium body with light spritzy carbonation.

Keg at Station House Cider Festival 2019. Deep golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of tangy fruity apple. Taste is sweet, juicy, cooked apple, some tartness, orchardy with funky, woody, leathery notes and drying tannin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

Keg @ Post Office Vaults, Birmingham. Pours clear gold, aroma has a sweet, stewed, keeved fruitiness, light wild elements. Taste presents a biting astringency, settled somewhat by a nice keeved sweetness that brings some toffee notes. Good stuff.
