There may not be another pint at a pub, but this bottle was bought at the brewery and drank at my house: Poured a mahogany brown with thin finger creamy tan head. Aroma is huge rich malt, fruity, toffee. Taste is fermented fruit, caramel, rich malts, some bitterness in finish.

17/1/2020. Cask at the Drayman's Son, Ely. Billed as the last ever pin of Red Stag in existence. Poured clear red brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of fruit, malt, caramel, blackberries, blueberries, toffee and slight woody notes. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a tart edge. Medium body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation.

Bottle at Craigs, medium bubbly creamy head, clear oxidized red color, aroma of wood, overipe oranges and minerals, flavor of wood and citrus with a noticable alcoholic presence, a hint of sweetness, a bit heavy. Nice, but nothing more.

Bottle from the dregs run, cheers Craig. Pours hazy amber with a thin off-white head. Aromas of toffee, marzipan. Taste is bitter up-front, then burnt sugar, toffee. Boozy. Burnt sugar dominates the finish.

Clear dark red beer, smells of dried fruit and malt. Taste is the same with some real toastiness to the malt, apple and toffee. Rich and tasty.

Bottle, picked up at the brewery, about three months ago. Clear, reddy amber. Glossy, beige head, that fully covers the beer. Lasting, with some lacing. Nose has bready, toasty malts. Caramel. Some berry fruits. Some cake fruits. Some eating apple. Taste is caramel sweet. Some vine fruit bitterness. Medium body. Gets a bit dry. Foamy carbonation. Bitter apple and vine fruit to finish.

Bottle picked up from Eebria/Direct from brewery consumed at home Sunday 12th November 2017 having just cooking Lamb, Tomato and Anchovy Casserole with Cumin Aubergines whilst listening to Snapped Ankles. Pours reddy amber with a white head, quite a large head in fact. Tangy fruit and caramel combination, a little alcohol lift, hops seem a little earthy and robust but carry a little bitterness. Fine. 330ml bottle, Lot: 144, bought at the ABV Store in Norwich. Lasting off-white head, poor lacing, deep ruby brown body. aroma of dried fruits and caramel. Sweet taste profile of raisin, caramel, lightly spiced. Slightly roasted drying end. Gets very sweet in the long run. Decent in small amounts. (Hotel Room, Norwich 10.07.2017).
