18/4/2025. Bottle at the Thomas Wolsey, Ipswich. Pours clear pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Apple aroma. Nice apple tartness. Quite drinkable.

Bottle from Booths Supermarket, Lancaster. Lighter golden with a carbonation. Also has a light apple aroma, with a light dry taste in this respect.

500ml bottle from Booths, Ripon. Yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of tangy apple, sulphury hint. Taste is sweetish, tangy apple, alittle apple core, fruity, some tartness and citric notes. Slightly watery mouthfeel, lightg bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry finish with a light lingering hint of apple core. OK.
