Box @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Darker-golden with a glow. It has a dry tasting apple with its strength fairly evident, although this is not a huge factor in term of changing its fruity taste, but does provide a fuller texture.

13/4/2019. From Bag in a Box, at Hull Real Ale & Cider Festival, 2019. Pours clear pale bright golden with minimal; head. Aroma of tart apples, wood, cider vinegar and tannin. Light sweetness, medium plus tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft to flat carbonation.

BIAB at Hull Real Ale & Cider Fest 2019. 7%. Deep golden colour, no head and aroma of funky vinegary apple. Taste is tangy apple, with a tart vinegar-like solventy funk note and some tannin. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, tart dry tangy tannic finish. Quite drinkable

Cask at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours clear caramel-gold with no head. Pleasantly dry and tangy, with some apple skin, salt, a little moist wood, lemon. Medium bodied, soft. Warming finish, lightly acidic, some mildly ripened apples, more lemony notes, bitter skins. Pretty well rounded.

Cask at sraf 2015. Pours clear amber, nose is tart apple, taste is similar, dry, sweet.

Poly pin at SRAF 2015... Copper... Thin. Bubbly off white lacing.. Soft sweet apple toffee fruit nose.. Soft apple.. Tart balsamic apple.. Sharp apples.
