Our original craft cider made from 100% apples picked in and around Macclesfield. Manxonian Mist is named after the mysterious mist that descends over Si and Dave's home town of Macclesfield. Manxonian Mist is a medium sweet cider with a juicy and fruity taste.

BIAB at Stockport CAMRA Beer Festival 2016. Poured golden yellow with no head. Aroma & taste: mellow apple, fruity apple, light to moderate sharp, floral. Towards dry on the palate. Light body with low/no carbonation.

500ml bottle. Misty gold appearance, aroma presents sweet funk. Taste is a touch oily with sweet desert apple fruit, subtle tannin and light acidity. Quite juicy overall with a very good sweetness.

BIAB at Newcastle Beer & Cider Fest 2019. Yellow gold colour, no head and mellow apple aroma. Taste is fruity apple, floral, citric, green apples, acidic. Light bodied, low carbonation, semi-dry citric acidic finish. Quite drinkable
