Bottle at home, picked up online. It pours crystal clear pale greenish - gold with some dissipating fizz. The aroma is funky and wild, musty, dirty, barnyard, manure, wet hay, over ripe fruits and sweet apple pie. The taste is crisp, dry, bright, puckering tartness, white wine, gooseberry, tart apple, lemon sherbet, kick of acidity, barnyard funk and light manure with bone dry finish. Medium body and fine, spritzy carbonation. Crisp and bright. Very nice.

16/4/2019. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed. Pours effervescent very pale gold with no head forming. Aroma of sweet apples, apple core, pear drop sweets, a little leather and playdough. Medium sweetness, moderate acidic tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, above average carbonation. Tart, acidic cider vinegar finish. Ok.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Pale yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of sharp apple, citric, fruity melon with some mucky sulphury hints. Taste is crisp, tart, green apple, some apple skin, and melon, with citric acidic and some light funk notes. Light to medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
