Double Helix. An evolution of our IPA programme. Water chemistry, malt profile and dry hopping regime have all been fine tuned to produce a saturated, rich and intense Double IPA. Featuring Mosaic, Citra, Summit, Centennial and Chinook hops for tropical and citrus fruit notes, with a dank and resinous finish.

Can. Citra, Summit, Centennial, Chinook and Mosaic hops. Hazy orange - gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry, biting fine minerally carbonation. Fairly thin malts, mild sweetness. Touch of something milkly - creamy, really only a touch. Minerally crisp orange and much lesser tangerine, quite a savoury crisp edge to the hops as well. Crisp finish. Nice if a tad thin.
