Not sure what this whole berry idea is about, but this is a slightly better lager than most Thai macros. Amber pour with ok head. Relatively clean finish with only some cloying unpleasantness in aftertaste. Can in Koh Phi Phi.

A copper amber lager with a thin dissipating off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light mineral notes, light German hops, so-so. In mouth, a sweet caramel malt with light grassy German hops, light mineral notes, watery bodied, so-so. On tap at Phuketique, Phuket Town.

Small and thin can from a convenience store in Phuket. Quite clear amber pour with not much foam. Nose is stuffy, rice is strong, some weird fruitiness. Taste has some caramel, roast even and fruity rice stuffiness. Dry finish, bit acidic, rice based bitterness. Better than I thought, still not great but the fact it actually even has some flavour is quite surprising.
