(Cask at Cock Tavern, Hackney, London, 30 May 2025) Pale golden colour, slightly hazy, with no head. Fruity nose with notes of apples, grass and citrus. Fruity, slightly tart taste with apples, grass, citrus, flowers and a generous acidity. Slightly tannic. More than medium body, dry, with a touch of sweetness. Strong and tart, still in good balance. Quite nice.

500ml bottle from Eebria. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour, no head and tangy apple aroma with some apple skin & sulphur hint. Taste is tart, tangy apple, dry fleshy, apple skin & core, bittersweet, citric, alittle funk & earthy tannin, boozy. Medium bodied, low carbonation, very dry tart finish with the alcohol evident. Quite drinkable --- Beer merged from original tick of Russet Cider - Dry on 30 Jan 2017 at 16:22 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5.
