Bottle at home, courtesy of my fam. Pours oangeish copper with an off-white head that dissipates quickly. Nose is slighlty oxidized caramel, dark sugar, light esters and booze. Taste is light esters, apples, booze, honey, caramel and some oxidization on top of all this. Light to medium body, soft to average carbonation. Painfully mediocre.

11/08/2018 - bottle shared by tderoeck and his wife @their place. Thanks for the country tick! Clear amber, no head. Nose sweet ripe apple, bit caramel, bit basement. Taste is ripe apple, caramel, Calvados feel, hint of cake, bit flat.

Clear amber beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweetish, super malty, honey, very bready, some yeast, oxidized, overripe fruits. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: oh yuck, something went very wrong with this beer, probably during (re)fermenting... very sweet, slick, bit sourish, rotting apples, pretty bad. Aftertaste: sugary, oxidized, unpleasant bitterness, apple skin, overripe apples, not very good, almonds, bit oxidized.

Hatalmas, nagyon tartós hab, barna szín. Karamellás, malátás, kissé fűszeres illat. Vaskos malátás alap, fűszeres korianderes ízek, enyhe mézes beütéssel. Nagy test, közepes szénsavtartalom, enyhe keserű, némi alkoholossággal. Nagyon finom, jó egyensúllyal, jó arányokkal rendelkező sör.
