In de zomer van 2019 gaan de brouwers van brouwerij De Ryck dezelfde moeilijke uitdaging aan, … een heerlijk, pittig, lichtblonde doordrinker van 5% alcohol. creëren met een k/h-oppig kantje, want elke gelegenheid is ”spéciale” genoeg om er van te genieten en op te klinken

Dorada brillante, abundante y duradera espuma blanca. Aroma escaso. Minimas notas de fermentación. En boca gas excesivo. Amargor moderado. Buen sabor malteado con notas florales y levadura belga.

Bottle from BiervanEijk, Steenwijk. Nice Belgian yeast profile with grainy malt, peppery yeast, hint of citrus, grassy hop. Flavour is moderate bitter and light sweet. Body is medium. Elegant and balanced Belgian Ale, I could knock back a few of these.

Very thick & dense yellowish head over well-carbonated orangey golden beer. Pale malts, dry spices, peppery, dried herbs & weeds. Dry-herbal with a sweeter, if peppery finish. Some yeast features, banana, but nowhere really sweet. Good balance. Very well-carbonated, slick, medium bodied, dry MF throughout. Quite good blond ale. Very drinkable, but don't expect fireworks.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a shaker. Clear medium golden colour, good frothy white head, good retention, good lacing. Aroma malt, grain, citrus, yeasty and spicy notes, grassy hops. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, lime, grain/cereals, coriander, yeasty notes. Medium body, oily texture. Somewhat metallic mouthfeel, average carbonation. Fresh sweetbitter aftertaste, spicy notes, bit cardboard, lingering bitterness, metallic notes, no-nonsense blond, nice.

Straight from the bottle. Pleasant spiciness, malt, Belgian yeast, hop. Light sweet and bitter. Hoppy aftertaste. Not bad. Even petty good.

Beer tasting & B2B event hosted by Belgian Embassy in Croatia, thanks for the invite. Shared with the Klement himself. Clear pale golden, small to medium white head. Aroma is spicy, mild phenolic, mild estery, lightly hoppy, lightly grainy. Quite spicy, some bitterness. High carbonation, light body, moderate finish.
