Bottiglia.

Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is stewed fruits, malt, caramel, overripe apples, alcohol, brown sugar, and dried fruits. Flavour is rather sweet with a little alcohol glow. Body is above medium with a slightly sticky texture. Very sweet.

21/IV/19 - 33cl bottle from the brewery, shared @ Tim's Little Metal Tasting, BB: 9/II/20, bottled: 9/VIII/18 - (2019-579) Thanks to Dimi for getting this one from the cellar for me!
Clear rubye red beer, big creamy beige head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very yeasty, lots of ripe to overripe bananas, too much to be enjoyable. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of yeast, very alcoholic, soft acidity, bitter, banana, sugary, some dried fruits. Aftertaste: dry, bit hoppy, overripe fruits, very alcoholic and bananas again. Not getting much apples in this one… way too yeasty.

Bottle 33 cl. Limited Edition 2018 rings a little funny, knowing they have delivered 62.000 bottles of this! Pours a clear, dark brown with an orange hue and a beige head. Rather complex aroma, tart apple notes but also dark, dried fruit and brown sugars. Rich, sweet and tart, again very complex flavor notes obviously with the yeast playing a big part. Friendly phenols throughout, extremely balanced and smooth. Wauw, this is really delicious. 211218
