On tap at le mondiale 2011.
Hazy yellow pour, good aroma of citrucy hops, some fresh cut grass, even a bit of lemon grass. Decent malts, subtle but they are there. Solid dry bitter finish.

Bottle from Marche Gendreault. Slightly hazy medium amber with a large foamy off white head that hangs around and generates patchy lace. Nose has tropical fruit, citrus peel, stone fruit, light pine, bready malts, honey and some floral notes. Medium- sweet caramel, fruit and honey with a medium+ bitterness of pine, grapefruit and orange peel . Mouth is medium+ and creamy with soft carbonation and a sticky finish. Warming. Touch on the sweet side. 8/3+/7/4/15

Hazy amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has reasonable fine carbonation.Light malts, dry and mildly sweet, touches of caramel and cream. Spicy orange and a little floral bitterness that has a perfumey edge. Pithy bitterish finish. Odd but not unpleasant.

Pours a golden-amber colour, slightly unfiltered with a warm cap, good retention and foamy lacing. Very fruity aromas of malt and grassy hops all well-blended with the soft yeast. Same for flavours with oranges, grapefruits and tropical notes. Nice bitterness with hints of zest, dryness lingers. Quite a nice soft, fruity, easy-drinking Imperial IPA.
