Little cloudy red brown beer, big aery irregular off-white head, unstable, dissipates immediately, non adhesive. Aroma: very roasted, mocha, coffee, dark caramel, sweetish impression, bit of chocolate. MF: soft carbon medium to light body. Taste: surprisingly hoppy, citrus, grapefruit notes, pretty bitter, grassy, bit resinous. Aftertaste: citrus, bit piny, bitter, grassy, little metallic, some grapefruit, soft roast, cheesy touch, resinous, piny finish.

Draught. Dirty brown with a thin head. Aroma of earthy malt. Flavour is toasted dark malts, earthy chocolate, quite bitter background. Good flavour considering the abv.

14/09/2018 - small draught tasting glass @BBP taproom. Brown with small beige head. Nose is a dark malts, bit roasted, bit earthy, bit hops. Taste is dark malts, bit roasted, hint of leather, some caramel, earthy touch. Nice tastefull stuff at this ABV

Draft sample @ BBP. Brune sur léger col beige. Arôme est plaisant avec un bel effet malté grillé et caramel supplémenté par des notes fine de houblon citronné, le tout revient sur la fin avec un effet de pain toasté. Palais est léger entre léger côté céréales, caramel, biscuité et effet de drêche, note aussi un léger chocolaté. Amertume est fine sur qcq pointes fruitées type agrumes. Douceur caramel revient sur la fin avec un rappel un peu de mélanoïde. Petite note épicée levure sur la toute fin. A seulement 2.7% c'est sympa à boire.
