Slightly sweetish, gently vinous-fruity, moderately yeasty-spicy aroma of white wine, gooseberry, clove and peach. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, a little sourish, gently vinous-fruity, slightly yeasty-spicy taste of white wine, clove, gooseberry, oak and some leather, followed by a medium long, slightly bitter, a little tart, gently vinous, moderately woody-dry finish. Medium body, slightly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Really nice stuff with quite heavy barrel influence.

Flowery. Soft yeast and creamy grains. Light alcohol and glue. Medium sweet and almost medium bitter. Medium bodied.
