American style pale ale, dark gold in colour with a delicate white head. Citrus and floral aromas lead into hop flavours characterised by grapefruit and mandarin produced by American hops. A dry bitter finish makes this an eminently enjoyable and refreshing beer.

Can picked up at Dranken Geers, Oostakker, Nr Gent, Belgie. Consumed at home (on a Friday, unbelievable!) Friday 25th November 2016 Pours hazy gold with a sticky off white head. A fairly safe, dare I say pedestrian APA, a touch of boiled sweet, fruity and there is a light streaky citrus edge. Ok . A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov11 3.0

Can at home in London - picked up at Borough Wines in Hackney. Pours mostly clear orange-gold with a creamy, white head. Grainy malts in the nose, a little apple, ripening citrus. Light sweet flavour with further pale grains, white bread, fine grassy bitterness. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Finishes with more grassy bitterness, simple pale bread, lightly husky grains, light apple, orange peel. A little too bitter in the aftertaste. So so overall.

250 ml. draft @ Moeder Lambics Fontainas. Clear darker shade of orange with a creamy solid white head. Nose is moldy industrial hops, barn & unpleasant mothballs. Taste is weird moldy, big unpleasant herbal mothballs, something dirty, faint butter & big malty & herbal body. Strange mothball bitter profile doesn’t appeal to me, body saves it a bit, taste is not the greatest.

Draught Dense white head over faintly veiled orange beer. Fruity nose with citrus, but also strawberry, somewhat toasted malts. Bitter, bitter vegetables and kumquat. Medium bodied, well-carbonated. Despite the hops, quite clean flavourprofile. Quite good, better even seen its ABV.

Can at Johnny Off L. in Rome-Italy, courtesy of John. Thank you. Pours golden hazy color, white creamy cap. Nose: signs of diacetyl, butter, some grainy notes. Mouth: butter, grainy, bitter grassy. This batch not terrific but I can see the good will. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
