This beer matures for 12 months in oak barrels. During this period, a slow and wild fermentation by indigenous yeasts occurs. At the end of maturation, we add directly in barrels the Garganega grapes we grow on Berici Hills, some of which dried on the vine for 15 days. The maturation together with grapes continues for further 3 months.

On tap at Lortica. Beautiful clear gold with no head. Aroma is nice acidity, vanilla, oak, floral notes. Medium body. Flavour is lightly acidic, grapes, floral, complex vinous notes.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale gold, with no foam. Aroma is white grapes, zesty. Body is average, with moderate carbonation, and a little astringency. Taste is medium-high sour. Final is fairly long and sour.

On tap at Lambiczoon, Milano. Cloudy golden, medium white head. Nice grapes, vinous, some barrel, medium sourness, puckering. Medium bodied.

I Draught /I No head but rim over pale greenish yellow beer. Old barrels, wine, sulphur, sultanas (if not sweet). Sourish, a lot of spice, vinous, lemon, citric acid. Lipsmacking acidity, dry-out effect, light body, medium carbonation. Nice, but not really great.

Fat på Brewskival. Persikofärgad, smådisig utan egentlig krona. Syrligt, fat, druvskal och -kärnor, beska, tanniner.

Smakprov på Brewskival 2019. Lite druvigare och brettigare men mindre funkig annars ganska snarlik Le Bucce Bianco Riserva. Trevlig men aningen sämre.
