Bottled. Golden colour, with minor white head. Aroma standard pilsnerish, thought the malts have a very vegetably touch. Flavour also quite standard pilsener, malts and hops, and quite salty.

Recht bitterer, unstimmiger Antrunk, der in einen mittelherben Geschmack umschlägt. Der Nachgeschmack ist leicht bitter und metallern. Ideeenlos, langweilig, unstimmig. Test vom 6.11.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 13,7,7,6,12,7 - 7,70

(bottle) Clear and pale golden colour with a medium frothy white head. Faint floral hoppy aroma. Soft bittersweet flavour, light to medium body. Slight malty start with a fine but average hopbitter finish. Clean and well-made Pilsner type but still nothing special.

(Bottle 33 cl) Normally a Southern-German pils is expected to be less bitter than their Northern counterparts. But this is an "Edelherb" and hence rather hoppy - both bitter but also with a lovely aromatic hoppiness. Still this has room for a certain softness in body. Straw golden with a nice creamy head. 291099 and 060903

Bottle - Creamy floral aroma. Clear yellow color with ample long-lasting head. Creamy malt flavor with a very interesting bitter hops finish with a hint of smokiness. A very interesting pils - the more I drink, the more the smokiness came out. A very unique pilsener.

A light yellow beer with a fine white head. The aroma is sweet with good notes of hops and grain. The flavor is well hopped and slightly bitter.

(5 liter minikeg, bought in Norway - ABV here is 4.5%). Typical pils golden colour, large head. Hoppy but not very strong aroma. Flavour is surprisingly malty, slightly sweeter and less crisp than the somewhat stronger EKU Pilsner which I prefer (also in a minikeg). Still, this is a rather tasty pilsener, miles ahead of the many tasteless "neutral" pilseners you get these days.

Rerate from bottle. Catty nose, Pale, ininteresting on the palate, pretty bla old rating: 4 2 7 3 11 Negligible aroma. Plae straw color, low carb. dishwater bubbles in the head. Sweet medium base, but with a ok bitterhop building on top. Pretty standard classic german pils.
