Yellowish, rather small head over muddy orange-ochre beer. Cheesy hops, fresh garden herbs, citrus(zeste). Sweet, nutty flavour, oxydation, even madeirisation (BBD is indicated, but undecipherable).. Finish has leafy,bitterish hops, much drier. Light body, even thinnish. Mineral water quality, not very carbonated. Nice, but I suspect aging. Dank je, Aga

Amber colored beer with medium but persistent head. Beautiful aroma of tropical fruits, mainly peach, some lemon oil. The aroma reminds me of challah. Also bubble gum and bread are very present. Medium to high bitterness, medium sweetness. Little bit acidic. Light to medium body. Low carbonated, smooth in mouth. Excellent beer.

II Krakowski Festiwal Piwa. Pours an orange-amber color Hoppy-malty aroma and fruity (apple). Flavor starts sweet, then malty.

Draft sample @ Warszawski Festiwal Piwa 2015. Ambrée trouble, col fin blanc-cassé. Arôme au bouquet houblonné faisant usage de notes nobles polonaises, Junga et Sybilla. Le tout sur un léger rétro thé vert. Palais au profil de bouche épais, grains accompagné d’un malté modéré; caramel, ambre. Amertume fine apportant des petites notes fruitées oscillant entre tropical et thé matcha avec un léger fini de feuille de tabac.

Tap (VI FDP). Piwo zmetnione o bursztynowej barwie z biala, obfita piana, nawet trwala i ladnie zdobiaca szklo podczas opadania. Aromat subtelny, kwiatowy, slodki, zywiczny, przyjemny. Smak koresponduje z aromatem. Goryczka srednia, krotka, niezalegajaca, chmielowa. Piwo sredniotresciwe, pijalne. Udany projekt z udzialem polskich chmieli: Iunga i Sybilla. Nie ma takich doznan jak przy amerykanskich ale jest potencjal.
