33cl bottle as « Orgemont Blonde Bio » from La ferme du centre bio shop in Châlons-en-Champagne. F: thin, white, not long lasting. C: blonde, hazy. A: malty, vaguely fruity, toast, bit yeasty. T: medium malty base, vaguely fruity, bready, banana, dusty, bit cellar like notes, soft carbonation, bio so ok for me.

Clear pale to medium golden colour, a lot of small bubbles, small stable white head, light lacing. Aroma sweet malt, yeast, pear, white grapes, butter. Mild taste, light heavy sweet and slightly bitter, malty, grainy, fruity. Sweet aftertaste, grassy notes. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation, okay.

Gushing to huge, short-lived fluffy off-white head over hazy, pineapplejuice coloured beer. Spicy malts, but dull spices, like horseradish without the hotness. Chalky, and spicy- this tastes like SAFFRONwater - a first for a beer! My wife speaks about verbena. Bit fizzy, empty palate. Well, OK. I suppose. Txs to Stefaan!

Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris
It pours a pale blond color, with big bubbles and a large but frothy head. The aroma has a touch of lemon, even soapy. The flavor is far from being impressive, just very light malt and straw, with a too low bitterness, but luckily a very light touch of spices and lemon, just to make it slightly better than the average Blond beer around. Too simple.

Sour lactic and citric nose. Milky yellow. Dough and citrus tastenotes - a bit boring. Light body.
