Bottle shared at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, Day 2. Clear amber brown with no head. Aroma of floral honey, spice, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. Flavour is light heavy sweet. Medium bodied with flat carbonation. [20-08-2016]

Bottle 750ml. clear glass @ The Danish (Ulfborg) Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, TNO(U)DRBSG16 @ fonefan & Brugmasia House. [ As Met Onkels Hypocras ].Clear medium to dark brown amber color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, spicy, christmas spices, cinnamon, light dark sugar. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, honey, christmas spices, sweet. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20160820]

Sampled @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, Saturday, Day 2 75cl bottle. Pours clear dark amber colour. Aroma of sweet honey, a lot of cinnamon and other christmas spices. Taste of sweet christmas spices, tons of cinnamon, honey.

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Clear pale brown. Surprisingly (for Met Onkel) the aroma contains honey. Super sweet with medium body and clean, sticky mouthfeel. Chemical with lots of saccharine. Some cherry, but mostly saccharine.

Gewürziger Antrunk, für Met-Onkel moderat. Zum ersten Mal bei Met-Onkel kann man Honig erkennen, trocken, nicht alkoholisch, okay. 10/8/8/8//8

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering 2016, Ulfborg, Day 2. Clear amber color, no head. Aroma is honey, aplle, cinnamon, sweetness, brown candy sugar. Tastes the same with even more sugar. Not very good imo. Too sweet, too much cinnamon / herbs and spices.
