Our IPA is an unfiltered cross between an English and American IPA, with a strong, dry bitterness balanced with a slight malty sweetness. A mixture of first-rate U.S. and Belgian malts, combined with English roasted barley and highly hopped with Cascade and Columbus hops make our IPA a brewery favorite.

12 oz bottle...cloudy copper with a smattering of beige foam...aroma is malt based with a hint of hops...and I smell strawberries?...(maybe its from the earlier preserves)...a very weak IPA...sad, oh well it was only a 12 oz shared with 3 others...weak and watery, but drinkable still

Hazy reddish gold beer - juicy hop aroma, with grapefruit and strawberry fruitiness - a bit oxidized (probably an older bottle), but the hop profile remains strong and oh so tasty - a bit peppery/spicy, but with just enough malt underneath to keep the hops and spice to become too dominant - nice balance.

12 oz bottle from alldaydrinker; nose of flowery hops and somesweet light fruitiness; rusty copper with a big, glass-lacing, straw head; flavor has hop bitterness, mixed with semi-sweet caramel; interesting and well balanced, if you like IPAs that way!

From a Growler: it poured a big tan froffy head and had an amber brown colour that looked almost unfiltered. The smell was a splendid fruity IPA smell. When i drank it, it tingled in my mouth, but went down smoothly never the less. Bitter and hoppy, but the right amount of each.

A dirty hazy amber to brown IPA with a thin off white head. In aroma, a sweet malt aroma with with citrus hops, and signs of oxidation. In mouth, a nutty malt with stroong grapfruits notes, veering on astringent and bilous, lingering in mouth, overpowering the malt... a bit too much for my taste. Medium bodied.

Deep amber color with a bit of haze under a thick, dense, off-white head that rises high into the top of the glass. Some orange citrus hop int he nose, but the thick head is really blocking the aromas on this! The flavor starts with a fruity apple sweetness with the bittering of hops coming in quickly behind. Well blanced with a good body. Well done and a very respectable IPA.

Thick bottom layer gives "interesting" haze in orange-amber ale; miscellaneous yellow-amber head. Hop flowers, opened hopbail nose, flowery - nearly perfumey. Very bitter indeed, hop-oil like, near bile taste. There's (coloured) malt underneath, but it's gotten completely overwhelmed by this bitter onslaught. Medium-bodied only. Oily mouthfeel, probably due to the hop(...). Yeast deposit gives more creamy feeling. Hopbitterness, indeed, but this one is totally without any subtelty. Nice nose, but the total unbalance ruins it.
