PALM Hop Select is a complex yet balanced top-fermentation connoisseurs’ beer with a reasonable alcohol content. Its specific hop aroma comes from the aromatic Hallertau Mittelfrüh hop variety. The carefully selected PALM yeast gives this beer its banana-like fruitiness, and the special PALM malts provide its subtle touch of caramel. Bottle conditioning ensures fine sparkling and an excellent shelf-life. PALM Hop Select undergoes hopping in three stages. An initial hopping at the start of the boiling process ensures the bitter flavour. The specific hop aroma comes from the Hallertau Mittelfrüh. This aromatic hop variety is added as a second hopping at the end of boiling and as a third hopping during dry hopping (end of fermentation), when Hallertau Mittelfrüh from our own hop field is used.

Keg at The Comic Book Museum. It pours clear am er with a thick white head. The aroma is earthy, grassy hops, dusty, spice, slightly herbal, cracker, rivita and bread. The taste is firmly dry, bitter, earthy, dusty, grassy, herbal, touch of melon, apple, pear, kick of alcohol with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate - high carbonation. Not a huge amount to it, but it is rather quenching on a hot day.

Jest chmiel, troche utleniony. Jest goryczka. Jest ciut ciala. Nie jest przegiete z cukrem. Takie eurolager na bajerze, bez sciemy

Gezien de prijs kwaliteit verhouding een uitstekend bier. Kleur redelijk donker, goed schuim. Uit fles. Goede bittere smaak..

75cl bottle, 3.30€. Orange color, almost clear, big white bubbly head. Aroma of candy sugar and pale malts, some citrus and fruit, grass, mild hops. Taste is lightly sour, a bit sugary, light bitterness. Strong carbonation, watery body, dry citrusy finish a bit spiced. OK ale, below expectations.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy golden-amber, off-white head. Barely detectable fruity and jammy aroma, some strong lager type sugars, a touch of fermenting fruit and some air freshener. Fruity Belgian flavor profile, with a alcoholic dryness that is rather harsh for its humble gravity. Not bad, but it’s bland and rough at the same time.
